CHRYSALIS COMMUNITY

Promoting Healing, Connection, and Kindness

Serving individuals and communities with the tools of education, awareness, connection, and growth.

Chrysalis Community brings the psychological expertise directly to individuals and communities through therapeutic intervention, education, research, and training in the service of healthier, more connected communities.

Our Mission

Chrysalis Community promotes healing, connection, and kindness – one person and one community at a time. We accomplish this by bringing the knowledge and skills of psychology into communities through:

  • Therapeutic intervention
  • Education and public dialogue
  • Research, clinical training, and organizational development
  • Community-based programs and partnerships

Our work is grounded in the belief that when people understand themselves and feel supported, they are better able to contribute positively to the world around them.

Our Vision

We envision a world where individuals and communities are equipped to be:

Kind

Curious

Open

Collaborative

Connected

By strengthening emotional health and self-awareness, we help cultivate communities built on empathy, understanding, and shared responsibility.

What We Do

How We Create Change

Chrysalis Community works at the intersection of psychological wellness, education, and community engagement.
Four primary nodes of intervention potentiate each other to create lasting transformation in individuals and communities.

Therapeutic Intervention

Chrysalis provides low-fee therapy services to maximize access to quality care for all. These services are delivered by highly trained practicum and postdoctoral clinicians under professional supervision.

Community Education

Chrysalis facilitates group experiences designed to build connections and support emotional growth and heal trauma.

Research
